Process & Pricing
Exactly How POA Rescue Works — Including What You Pay and When
No fine print, no surprises: this page walks through all four steps, the three possible verdicts, and every clause of our pricing — including what happens if your account isn't reinstated. The same terms appear in the case engagement confirmation, in plain language, before you commit.
The Process
How We Work: The Four Steps in Detail
1. Free Case Evaluation
Tell us what happened — send whatever you have (suspension notice, prior appeals, or just your account story). We diagnose before we act.
You get a professional read on your case — what Amazon's system actually flagged and why previous appeals failed. The evaluation is free, and it stays free either way.
2. The Verdict
Most cases get a clear path forward with a fixed success-fee quote — and the review is always free.
The verdict is where most services would start selling. We define all three outcomes precisely in the next section — including what each one means for your wallet — because you should know every possible ending before you decide anything.
3. Case Preparation
Your appeal is rebuilt from your actual documents: root cause in Amazon's policy language, evidence referenced inline, prevention written as process. You approve every word.
Nothing is templated and nothing is invented: the file is built from your invoices, letters of authorization, and supply-chain records. You review the complete appeal before anything goes anywhere.
4. Submission & Rounds
You submit from your own account — most cases never need your login — specialized account work is handled by our own in-house team. We manage revisions across up to three appeal rounds, adjusting the file on every piece of Amazon feedback.
Because the appeal goes out from your Seller Central account, your account stays under your control at every step. Our job is the file: revising it around each piece of feedback until the included rounds are used or your account is back.
We diagnose before we act.
The Three Verdicts
What Our Verdicts Actually Mean
Step two ends with one of three verdicts. Here is exactly what each one means — in the same words your Case Feasibility Assessment uses.
Fixable — — the verdict we write as accepted. We see a legitimate, evidence-based path to reinstatement and can build it from documents you already have or can reasonably obtain. Your quote names a fixed success fee — payable only if your account is reinstated.
Fixable with conditions — — written as accepted with conditions. A path exists, but it runs through specific evidence you would need to obtain first. We name exactly what is missing and how to get it, before any engagement begins.
Not fixable — — written as declined. We explain the reasoning honestly, and the written diagnosis is yours to keep.
How Pricing Works
How Pricing Works: Every Clause, in Plain Language
Success-fee pricing is only worth trusting if you can inspect every clause before you commit. Here is the complete structure — the same terms you will find in the case engagement confirmation.
The fee structure at a glance
Stage 1 — Before anything
Free
Free Case Evaluation
A professional read on your case — fast, and free. You keep it either way.
Stage 2 — The verdict
Zero upfront
Fixed quote, your decision
Accepted cases receive a fixed success-fee quote before you commit. Declined cases: no charge.
Stage 3 — The work
Included
Preparation & rounds
Case preparation and up to three appeal rounds are part of the success fee — never billed separately.
Stage 4 — The outcome
Success fee
Payment, only on success
Account reinstated: you pay the agreed fee. Not reinstated: you pay no service fee.
What counts as "recovery"
The success fee becomes payable only when your account is reinstated. Exactly what counts as "recovery" — including edge cases and fair-use boundaries — is defined in the case engagement confirmation, in plain language, before you commit. We don't do fine print.
If it doesn't work
If your account isn't reinstated, you pay no service fee. This is deliberate: it keeps our incentive on the same side of the table as yours — we make money only when your account comes back.
Included rounds: up to three appeal rounds
Every accepted case includes up to three appeal rounds — "included" means included: revisions across all three rounds are part of the success fee, never billed separately. If a case were ever to need more than three rounds, what happens next is stated in the engagement confirmation before you commit — not invented afterward.
A review is not an engagement
A case review is professional opinion, not an engagement. Receiving one — even a decline — never obligates you to hire us. And whether we accept or decline, the diagnosis is delivered the same way: in full, in writing, yours to keep.
Tell us what happened — send whatever you have. A professional read comes fast, and it's free.
Got Questions?
FAQ
Why don't you charge upfront fees?
We're not paid to file paperwork — we're paid only when Amazon says yes. That means our incentives point the same direction as yours from day one.
If you accept my case, does that mean I'll get my account back?
Our specialists will tell you exactly what a win looks like for your case — and what it takes to get there.
Is this legal?
We prepare documents and manage process — not legal advice, not legal representation. For trademark suits or court matters, consult an attorney.
What do you need from me?
Your suspension notice, prior appeals, and the documents you have (invoices, LOAs, supply-chain records). The Case Feasibility Assessment will list exactly what's missing.
What if it fails?
No service fee after the included appeal rounds. You keep the full diagnosis and documentation either way.
